The 2 wheeler is an integral part of the 3 wheeler body. The 3 wheeler and the 2 wheeler run on their respective powertrains in their respective form/condition. Only one vehicle is functional at a time making the other vehicle’s powertrain non-functional for user and vehicle safety.
The vehicle whether in 2 wheeler condition or in 3 wheeler condition can be driven by holders of driving licenses of the respective vehicle categories.
